We LOVE Dogs

The Beer Garden is a great place to spend an afternoon with your best friends- both human and canine.

We love animals of all types, but our poochie pals take a near and dear place in our hearts. Dogs are welcome on the patio at Obed & Isaac's as well as in our bocce garden, and we even have a couple special amenities available for our furry friends as you'll see below.

Our downtown playground, located on Madison Avenue just up from the Peoria Riverfront and is great for your furry friend to watch its owners enjoy a game of bocce, the dogs can relax with a bowl of cold water available at no cost at the outside bar

Our furry best friends are welcome anywhere in the bocce beer garden or patio as long as they are leashed and play nicely with others. We do ask that pets (and patrons) are cleaned up after by their owners as necessary.

For those wishing to truly treat their canine companions, we have handmade dog biscuits available at the restaurant that use spent grains from the brewery as one of their pet-friendly ingredients. The biscuits are handmade by individuals with developmental challenges/disabilities as part of our community partnership with SPARC. 

We also have Bowser Beer available for your favorite friend too! Bowser Beer is made in the USA with all human-grade, US-sourced ingredients and is inspected and tested by the FDA. Even our packaging is made in the USA! We use real meat (beef, pork or chicken), malt barley (naturally high in Vitamin B!), and add glucosamine for joint health.

Finally, you don't have to leave Baxter at home to enjoy an evening in downtown Peoria!
