Elkhart Hill Vineyard

The vineyard was planted in May of 2020 on the southern slope of the historic hill.  After setting hundreds of posts, we’ve planted just shy of 2000 grape vines of five different varieties.  These fruits will be used to produce our very own Illinois wine.
